Researcher

Justin Loye

My main areas of research are Internet measurements, traffic analysis, and complex systems.

Research Topics

The Internet is a complex system that grows rapidly and organically. However, order can emerge from even the most complex systems. My research focuses on revealing the underlying order of the Internet to study its current and future structure.

  • Internet Measurements
  • Traffic Analysis
  • Anomaly Detection
  • Network Dynamics

About

I received my PhD in Computer Science and Telecommunication in December 2022 from Université Toulouse III in Toulouse (France). My PhD was carried out at Institut de Recherche en Informatique de Toulouse (IRIT) and Laboratoire de Physique Théorique de Toulouse (LPT). During my PhD I was also a teaching assistant at Toulouse INP-ENSEEIHT. Before that I studied physics at Université de Franche-Comté in Besancon (France).
