The focus of my research is on Internet measurements, traffic analysis and network security.

Research Topics

The Internet is a complex and continuously evolving beast. Maintaining Internet available to everyone at all times requires constant monitoring and understanding of traffic behavior, networks state and their evolutions. These tasks are however remarkably challenging because of the great disparities in Internet applications, users, protocols, and technologies. In this context the help of statistics and data mining techniques is invaluable to clarify network dynamics and identify relevant events that impact Internet services and societies.
